Programming for Oman Climate Week is broken down into two streams:
1. Core Oman Climate Week events: Opening Ceremony, Strategic Conference, Exhibits, Technical Talks and Masterclass
workshops
2.Official Events Program: Registered gatherings that are planned by external host organisations as an official part of our
events program.
Governments, businesses, academic institutions, community groups, arts and music organizations, nonprofits and
individuals are all invited to host Oman Climate Week events. The more events we can convene, the greater reach and
impact Oman Climate Week will have.
While Oman Climate Week 2025 is officially taking place between February 23 – 29 in Muscat Oman. We can also include
events taking place in neighboring cities close to Muscat.
By registering an official Oman Climate Week 2024 event, your event gains exposure to a global audience interested in
climate action, ultimately increasing its reach and impact. In addition to contributing to a larger global movement for
climate action, you’ll also get potential opportunities for collaboration, as well as the support of our team who provide
guidance on how to maximize your participation throughout the week.
The Climate Week Exhibits are inclusive and open to exhibitors who are contibuting to the Oman Climate week mission.
Applications can be made to the for interested exhibitors through the online application form
Our mission is to ensure that the Oman Climate Week is open and accessible to all hence includes both free and paid
events. Details are available on each event’s respective webpage where you will be able to register. The Oman Climate
Week EXPO is free to attend.
Yes, all events must be submitted by February 10 2025. We advise you to submit your event as soon as possible. The
earlier we receive an event, the more time we have to promote it to our audiences. Please note that registration fees
increase from December 11.
Yes, you may submit your event even if you are still confirming venue space, speakers, registration details, etc.
While you can modify an event after submission, we kindly ask that you keep these edits to a minimum.
Birba’s role is primarily to service the online platform for events to increase their visibility. We typically do not offer
support in terms of coordinating logistics, venue space, invites, etc. Birba will promote the Oman Climate Week events
program through external channels, including our social media accounts and engagement programs.
All promotional opportunities are strictly editorial decisions.
Oman Climate Week promotional materials are available and will be shared with confirmed events after approval.
