What are the categories in the Future Leaders competition ?

Categories include Best Innovation in Clean Technology, Sustainable Agriculture, and Smart Cities.

The competition targets students from higher education institutions worldwide, particularly those aged 19-23, enrolled in science, STEM climate change, technology, engineering, or mathematics programs.

Priority is given to participants with patents, active involvement in scientific projects, and the ability to represent their country at international forums.

Applicants need to submit a high-resolution profile photo, passport copy, proof of patent (if available), and a 500-1000 word summary of the innovation with a picture of the prototype.

Applications are submitted electronically through the registration form, requiring personal details, educational background, and a description of the proposed innovation.

Winners receive financial prizes, incubation opportunities, and support to implement their projects with global organizations focused on sustainability.

The first evaluation phase takes place between October 27th and October 31st, with the final event scheduled for February 24th-26th, 2025.

There are no fees to participate, and selected candidates receive travel and accommodation support.
